Bishop Wagyu have been producing Wagyu X Angus F1 and Full Blood Wagyu cattle for the Australian feed lot sector since 1998. In this time the Bishop family have learnt a lot about Wagyu and Angus cattle, how they are pro- duced and how to breed them to target specific markets. Their Angus X Wagyu cattle are constantly averaging over 440kg HSCW after 350 DOF with an average MBS of 6+. Feedlots have already expressed interest in the prog- eny of these cattle, which are due between 3/7/19 - 29/8/19 (8 week spread).

All cows have been drenched with Cydectin and vaccinated with 7 in 1 on the 15/5/19.

The Wagyu bulls used have been selected for high marbling and carcase weight, with 7 major Wagyu sire lines represented renowned for some of Australia’s best F1 production
